- There are no user accounts and no comment function. You can reach us by email.
- Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
- Optional newsletter signup uses Brevo with double opt-in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds load only after you click play.
- No AdSense on this site.
1. Who is responsible (controller)
The controller responsible for your personal data (including within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR / UK GDPR, where these apply) is:
Innovacion DigitalOwner: Viktor Kisman (sole proprietorship)
Av. Santisima Trinidad 343
1524 Asunción

Email: contact@aiandyourjob.com
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so. For all privacy questions, contact the email above.
2. Where we operate and how to reach us
AI & Your Job is operated from Paraguay. We have no establishment, office or staff in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Whatever your country, you can contact us directly about any privacy matter at the email in section 1. We answer in English.
3. Visiting our website: hosting and connection data (Cloudflare)
Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s CDN. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Whenever you open a page, your browser connects to a Cloudflare server. To deliver the page, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data:
- your IP address
- the date and time of the request
- the page or file requested, and the HTTP status
- the referring page (if your browser sends it)
- your browser type and version, and your operating system (user agent)
- the approximate country, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address
Purposes: to deliver the website, keep it stable and fast, detect and defend against attacks and abuse, and fix errors.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable and efficient website.
Processor: Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum (Cloudflare DPA). See also Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Storage: we do not keep our own server log files. Cloudflare keeps connection data only as long as needed for these purposes under its DPA.
4. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless). It provides aggregated metrics for this site (for example page views, referrers, browsers, countries). It is designed not to use client-side storage to track individuals across sites.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate traffic so we can improve the site.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our own website does not set analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. YouTube may set cookies only after you start a video (section 6).
6. YouTube embeds
Some pages show a local thumbnail and play button. A YouTube privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only after you click play. Until then, no YouTube iframe is loaded. After you click, YouTube/Google may set cookies and process data under their own policies (Google privacy policy).
7. Newsletter (Brevo / double opt-in)
If you subscribe via the forms on this site, we process your email address to send the optional “AI & Your Job” newsletter (weekly AI & work briefing) and related transactional messages (confirmation, unsubscribe).
Sign-up uses double opt-in: we email a confirmation link; you join the list only after you click it.
After you confirm, we email a one-time welcome message with a download link (and where possible an attachment) for the free PDF lead magnet The AI-Proof Career Checklist. The same file is also offered on the confirmation page.
The email service provider is Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France / EU). Brevo processes the address on our behalf to deliver mail and manage subscriptions.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Storage: we keep your address on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless a short retention is needed to prove consent or handle abuse.
8. Contacting us by email
If you write to contact@aiandyourjob.com, we process your email address, your name (if you give it), the content of your message and email metadata, only to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. If your enquiry concerns a contract, Article 6(1)(b).
Email providers: Mail to our contact address is received by Cloudflare, Inc. through Email Routing and forwarded to a mailbox at AgentMail, Inc., 2261 Market St, STE 85434, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Cloudflare processes the emails only to forward them. AgentMail stores them in that mailbox, where we read and answer them. Both act as our processors.
Storage: we delete enquiry emails once dealt with and no further questions are expected, unless we must keep them by law.
9. Affiliate links (when present)
Some future tool pages may contain labelled affiliate links. Our site does not track your clicks for that purpose. After you leave our site, the partner may process data under its own policy. We typically receive only aggregated or pseudonymised commission reports.
10. Links to other websites
We link to YouTube, sources and other sites. No data are sent to those sites until you click a link. After that, their privacy policies apply.
11. Recipients
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, CDN, Web Analytics, Email Routing — as our processor.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France / EU): newsletter and DOI mail — as our processor, if you subscribe.
- AgentMail, Inc. (USA): mailbox for contact email — as our processor.
- YouTube / Google: only after you start an embed — largely as independent controllers.
- Authorities, courts or legal advisers: only where legally required or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not use AdSense on this site.
12. International data transfers
We are based in Paraguay. Cloudflare and AgentMail may process data in the USA and other countries. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and UK/Swiss extensions where applicable) and uses Standard Contractual Clauses as further safeguards. Brevo processes newsletter data primarily in the EU. AgentMail uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses as described in its privacy notice.
13. How long we keep data
- Connection data (Cloudflare): only as long as needed for delivery and security; we do not keep our own logs.
- Web Analytics: aggregated metrics in our Cloudflare account under Cloudflare’s retention.
- Newsletter: until unsubscribe/deletion request (section 7).
- Contact emails: until the enquiry is fully dealt with, unless legal retention applies (section 8).
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you have rights over your personal data. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, where these apply, they include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent (with effect for the future).
To exercise your rights, email contact@aiandyourjob.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will reply within one month. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
15. Right to lodge a complaint
You may complain to a supervisory authority where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place (Article 77 GDPR). EU/EEA authorities are listed by the EDPB; UK: ICO; Switzerland: FDPIC. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
16. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or under 13 in the US under COPPA). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. As a mostly static site, it processes limited personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
18. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
